Presublimated jerseys and performance polyester are the most demanding fabrics in custom sportswear decoration. The dye embedded in the fabric doesn't stay put. Under heat, pressure, and time, it migrates into standard transfers, discoloring the print, degrading the design, and sending jobs back as remakes.
